In the spirit of great sportsmanship and friendship, here is a picture of the Little Mountain and Jericho teams after the Championship game.

9-10 Championship Day: Little Mountain won the District 9-10 Championship defeating Jericho 3-1 in a hard fought game.  Little Mountain  will represent District 1 at the Provincial 9-10 Championship at Mount Seymour.

9-10 Game Day 5:  With their wins today, Little Mountain and Jericho both advance to the Championship game which will be played at Carnarvon Park (Jericho) at 12 noon on Sunday July 14.

9-10 Game Day 4:  In today's games Kerrisdale got their first win of the tournament defeating Dunbar 10 - 9.  Little Mountain squeaked out a win over Jericho 2-1 with a walk-off double by Felix Hoyano in the bottom of the 6th inning.

Majors Championship Game:  Little Mountain defeated Jericho 5 - 0 in the Majors Championship game. Aaron Tsang pitched a complete game shut out to get the win for Little Mountain. LMB will represent District 1 at the Provincial Tournament in Lakehill on Vancouver Island.

9-10 Game Day 1:  The first two games of the District 9-10 tournament saw shutout wins for Little Mountain (11 - 0) over Jericho and Dunbar (26 - 0) over Kerrisdale.

Majors Game Day 6: Kerrisdale handed Little Mountain its first defeat of the Majors tournament winning 2-1 with a 2 run home run by Ben Bligh in the 1st inning.  Harry Sayer pitched 5-1/3 innings for Kerrisdale and gave up only1 run; Keaton Kurucz came in for the final 2 outs and got the save for Kerrisdale.

Majors Game Day 5: Jericho defeated Kerrisdale 4-2 with a walk-off home run by Miles Pauli in the bottom of the 7th inning. With the win, Jericho clinches a place in the Championship game against Little Mountain at West Memorial Park on Sunday at 6:00 pm.

Majors Game Day 4:  Little Mountain has clinched a berth in the Championship game with their 4th win of the round robin.

Majors Game Day 3:  Tyler Grimsrud-Ronse threw a perfect game for Little Mountain in their 5-0 win over Kerrsidale. Tyler notched up 10 Ks and retired all 18 batters in the win.

Majors Game Day 2: At the Opening Ceremony of the District 1 Majors tournament, Tim Dow was awarded a a commemorative mantle clock from Little League Canada for his more than 15 years of service to Little League as an umpire, an Umpire in Chief, league president and District 1 board member.  Many thanks to Tim Dow as he retires and begins his world travels.

Majors Game Day 1: The opening day of the District 1 Majors tournament saw 2 Home Runs. One by Aaron Tsang for Little Mountain in Game 1, and a grand slam home run by Ben Bligh for Kerrisdale in Game 2.
